"Technical in nature" refers to a problem with your site, difficulties login in, errors appearing on your site etc. It is not the ability to create, edit, delete or otherwise build your site, that requires Paid Support
It usually takes 24 hours before you will receive a response to your issue
Paid Support is the procurement of paid assistance to build your site with you in a private consultation to cover specific issues you are trying to overcome
If your problem is site-specific or related to building, configuring or connecting your site with 3rd party software.
